The tea ships free. Every whole-leaf tube and every concentrate goes to any US address at no charge. The gift box is a flat $9.99: it is heavier and far better protected than a tube, and we would rather charge the postage than bury it in the price. If you are in Bergen County, New Jersey, we deliver it ourselves at no charge. We do not ship outside the United States yet.
Tubes leave New Jersey within 1–2 business days by USPS Ground Advantage. They typically arrive in 1–3 days in the Northeast and 2–5 days elsewhere in the US.
Concentrate ships on Sundays. We brew it in small batches, so an order placed any day of the week goes out the following Sunday.
Gift boxes are on pre-order for October. We will email everyone on the list with dates before they go on general sale, and arrange payment then.
Your tracking number is in the shipping confirmation email. If you cannot find it, email hello@chairituals.co with your name and we will resend it.
Love it or your money back, for 30 days. If anything arrives damaged, or you do not like it, email hello@chairituals.co within 30 days of delivery. We refund in full to the card you paid with. You do not need to ship anything back.
