Green cardamom leads this blend. It is cracked whole and brewed with Assam in small batches, so the cardamom comes through clearly.
It is the gentler of our two concentrates, softer and more floral than the Masala.

What’s inside
Brewed Assam black tea, water, green cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, clove, black pepper, citric acid (to keep it fresh).
How to serve
Hot: warm 1.5–2 oz, add steamed milk at 1:1.5. Iced with oat milk works well too, at 1:3 over ice.
