Chai Rituals didn’t start with a business plan — it started in our kitchen during the stillness of lockdown. Like many others, we found comfort in small, grounding rituals. For us, that ritual was chai.
Not the quick kind. We’re talking about real masala chai — bold Assam tea, whole spices, brewed slow on the stove, just like the roadside chai stalls we grew up with in India.
In the beginning, we thought we’d share that experience through traditional loose-leaf tea blends — the kind you brew, strain, and savor. That ritual is meaningful, and we know it holds a special place in many homes.
But we also realized that life moves fast. Not everyone has the time to brew chai from scratch every day. That’s when we pivoted — from selling blends to crafting a ready-to-pour concentrate. One that preserves the depth and soul of chai, but makes it effortless to enjoy.
One day, we may offer brewing blends again. But for now, we’re here to serve those who crave real chai — bold, comforting, and ready when you are.
We’re not selling flavored tea. We’re brewing real masala chai the way it’s meant to be — steeped slow, balanced with spice, and strong enough to wake up your senses.
What makes Chai Rituals different?
No need to strain, steep, or guess. Just pour, steam, and sip.
Some people love the process of brewing from scratch — and that ritual absolutely belongs in this world. One day, we may offer that too. But for now, we’re focused on making chai that’s crafted with care and delivered with ease — without losing what makes it special.
We’re not influencers. We’re not trying to build a flashy brand overnight. We’re just a small team who love chai deeply — and believe it deserves more than a dusty tea bag or an overly sweet latte.
We’re growing Chai Rituals slowly and organically, one batch and one conversation at a time. We’re not in a rush. We want to get this right — with intention, care, and honesty.
You’ll find us at farmers markets across New Jersey, pouring samples, connecting with customers, and listening to stories that sound a lot like our own.
We may not be everywhere online, but we’re real. You can meet us, talk to us, and taste the chai we pour ourselves.
